What are the opening hours?

Open every day from 10am till 5pm (last tickets at 4.15pm).
We are closed on the 25th December and January 1st.
We are also closed from 06th january till 10st January 2025.
On 24/12 and 31/12 we close at 4pm (last entrance at 3pm).
Average visit length: 45 min

What are the ticket prices?

Entrance fees for individuals in 2025

Students, 65+: 9,50 €
Children (3-11 year): 6,50 €
Children under 3 year: Free

Are backpacks allowed inside?

No, large backpacks are not allowed during the visit. We have a small open cloakroom. Leaving your backpack behind is always at your own risk.

How do I order a combination ticket?

At the end of the reservation, you can add extras such as a combination ticket with Choco-Story

Are dogs allowed?

No, dogs are not allowed in the museum.

Is the museum accessible for wheelchairs and prams?

The museum is only partially accessible for people in wheelchairs.
Electric wheelchairs and rollators are unfortunately not allowed.

Prams are allowed but it is not recommended to take them through the museum trail.

Is it obligated to book your ticket in advance?

For groups of 15 people or more it is compulsory to book using the reservation form.

For individual visitors, it is not compulsory but recommended. The museum only has a limited number of places and on busy days these sell out quickly. Please note that this ticket guarantees your entrance to the museum but is not a fast pass. This means you will have to queue up anyway
